The whole catalogue, the night-floor look
- Eight games live: Tokenmaxxing, Bloom, The Wine-Dark, Lattice, Melon Merge, Stack Tower, Ring Shot, and Squint.
- New house identity — the arcade defaults to a dark indigo-and-amber look. Light mode is one tap away in Settings (or press D).
- The sidebar is gone: one compact top bar, and games get the whole screen.
- Fullscreen button on every game (desktop browsers that support it).
- Daily challenges hub, streaks, and per-game leaderboards for every title that ships with a daily seed.
- New players land in the lobby after picking a handle, with the featured game one tap away.

Friends, profiles, invite tracking
- Edit your profile — display name and a short bio. (Your handle stays permanent.)
- Add friends with a mutual request/accept flow; review pending requests and remove anyone from your friends list.
- Visit any profile to add the player as a friend; see their friend count and a preview of who they're connected with.
- New Settings page collects profile editing, friend requests, your full friends list, and invites you've sent.
- Email invites are now tracked — when an invitee signs up with the same address, the invite flips to “Joined.”

- Four games live: Snake, Recall, Cascade, and Drift.
- Crown-based leaderboard — each game's #1 score counts as one crown, so scores aren't compared across games.
- Profile pages show your crowns and a personal best for every game you've played.
- Personal best shown on every game's idle screen and celebrated on Game Over.
- Sound effects across all games with a one-click mute (the setting sticks).
- Haptic feedback on supported devices.
- Mobile controls: on-screen d-pad for Cascade and Snake; Snake also supports low-latency swipe.
- Press R after Game Over to restart instantly.
- “Just played” strip on the home page so the arcade feels alive in real time.
- Per-game tab titles, safe-area handling on iOS, and a warm-paper palette throughout.
- Sign in with Google or email; reserve a unique handle; invite friends by email.
